Happy New Year Monarch Grove Parents & Teachers!  Welcome Back MG PTA! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for a great first half of the school year.  Personally I found it very rewarding to work with the parents, teachers and children of Monarch Grove Elementary.  In particular I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the parents and teachers that volunteered in the great events and fundraisers that makes our school so special.  Our food drive was a great success, Innisbrook the highest grossing year ever, MG PTA introduced its first newsletter, and a special thanks to all who participated in the Los Osos Holiday Parade it was a "Rock'in" experience. 
 We have much to look forward to in 2009 starting with the Exploratorium in February, the Walk-A-Thon in April and, of course, the talent show in June... to name just a few!
